The first Jinhong Cup Golf Tournament for Young Talents Beijing came to an end successfully on Oct 5. Awards were given to winners of each age group after two games of total 18 holes in Jiawei Course and Tixiang Course. Over 30 players, who were divided into 4 age groups, participated in the game. The young players played steadily during the 2-day games, and most of them had exhibited their best performance. Champion of Group A was Zhang Shouxun from Dalian. Champion of Group B was Yu Xinyan, while Zhang Dongfang and Zhao Yanni won the silver and copper medal respectively. The scores of top three players in Group C were the most outstanding. Wang Shouqian, champion of this group, had scored an impressive 68-stroke in the 2 games, and Dou Zecheng won the second prize with 69 shots, with Zhang Jin winning the third prize in this group. The average age of players in Group D was less than 7-year-old, yet they had played well in the game, too. Huang Junqi, Zhang Yiwei and Zhao Jingwen won the first, second and third prize respectively in this group.
