Agreement of Applying for Junior Hero Golf Development Program

1.I have read and consented all terms of the Agreement of Applying for Junior Hero Golf Development Program.. I promise all information I provide for the application is authentic. I understand and agree that the Program have the right of cancelling my qualification and the right of claims if i am against the rules of the Program.

2.Agreement of Applying for Junior Hero Golf Development Program

• Junior Hero Golf Development Program owns the the right to portrait and affiliated intellectual property rights of my photos during tours, training and study etc.
• Junior Hero Golf Development Program has covered me. If anything happen to me during the activities, I have no claim to Junior Hero Golf Development Program except claims to the insurer.
• Junior Hero Golf Development Program has a priority right to become my broker in the future.
• I must not defame Junior Hero Golf Development Program in any time and any place.
• I will take part in other activities of Junior Hero Golf Development Program as long as my time is allowed.
• My school performance and golf scores must qualify for Junior Hero Golf Development Program, or my qualification will be cancelled.
• I must abide by the local laws and rules of the Program; If I am against the law, Junior Hero Golf Development Program have the right to cancel my qualification and to claim to me.
• Any expenses exceeding my grant will covered by myself.
• After I finished activities sponsored by Junior Hero Golf Development Program, I should submit my report card, report, address etc. to the Program and I promise all information I submit is authentic.
