Ｉ．Regulations

　· 1. Organizer: International Junior Hero Golf Games Committee

　· 2. Date: October, 19-22, 2009
　· 3. Venue: Beijing, China
　· 4. Number of players: 24

　· 5.Tournament Format:
　　1）Individual Stroke Play
　　2）Players above 18-year-old start from blue-T, and players below 18-year-old start from white-T.

　· 6. Participating Countries & Regions: China(including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan), the U.S.A, the U.K., Canada, Japan, and South Korea
　· 7. Eligibility criteria:
　　1）Non-professional players under 23(born after 31, September, 1986)
　　2）Non-professional male players with certification of single digit handicap
　　3）Champions and Runner-ups of Group A&B of International Junior Hero Golf Tournament(China Leg)
　　4）International Players from the U.S.A, the U.K., Canada, Japan, and South Korea will first recommended by organizations entrusted by the Organizing Committee and then reviewed and decided by the Organizing Committee.
　　5）Top 3 players of Chirun Ranking( Group A&B)

　· 10. Tournament regulations:
The tournament will use the CGA approved Rules of Golf by the R & A and USGA (2008-2011 edition), and the Conditions of Competition and the Local Rules as approved by the Tournament Committee. The Rules will be given to players on the day when the event begins.

　· 11. Schedule of Events
　　1) Sign-in Day October 18, 2009 Welcome dinner
　　2) Exercise Day October 19 2009 Free exercises
　　3)Event Day October, 19-22, 2009 three-round(54-hole) Stroke Play, Awarding ceremony and Farewell Dinner
　　4) Sightseeing Day October 23 2009 Visit the Palace Museum, the Great Wall and 2008 Olympic Games stadiums

　·12．Termination, Delay or Cancellation
Due to special reasons, if the event can not be finished within the day, it can be put off to the next day. If it can still not be held the next day, the date of the event will be reset.International Junior Hero Golf Games Committee reserves all rights to the regulations.

 II. Application and Registration

　　2）Application forms and related information can be downloaded at www.juniorherogolf.com.
Participants must fill in the application form and fax it to the Organizing Committee before the midnight of 31, August, 2009(Fax:8610 – 58562203 ). The Organizing Committee will release the names of participants after 31, August, 2009 .

　· 3.Verification of Participants
　　The Organizing Committee will verify participants and send invitation letters before August 15, 2009.
